Masterclass at Sydney International Food Festival

October is a great month for foodies to be taking a break across the ditch, with the Sydney International Food Festival, where Al will be presenting a masterclass at the World Chef Showcase at Star City on Sunday 10 October.    The World Chef Showcase will have a range of themes including exploring where our produce comes from and how it is grown, Middle Eastern and Turkish flavours and sessions from chefs who are pushing the culinary boundaries all around the world.  For more information on the other international chefs presenting and other culinary events visit the Festival website.
